Day 62...I Worked Today

...seriously, thats what I did.  It was one of those days when the work tickets you think you have, turn in to the tickets you wish you didnt have.  Not from a bad experience standpoint, but from the standpoint of there's A LOT more going on...or wrong...than meets the eye.

Items like the photo above of a full carbon steerer tube, with compression plug installed as seen, and the  customer riding around like that for who knows how long was only the tiny tip of the iceberg.

The beauty of it all, is fixing it, and making it right, then having the customer go out and enjoy their bike like they never knew they could.
